Receiving Associate: Job description: In this fast paced position in our Columbia Falls location you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing incoming products at the store. In this role you will be working with a team of associates from cashiers to sales associates in helping to get the new inventory out in a timely and efficient manner. Along with a strong attention to detail while receiving the new merchandise you will be helping customers with their shopping needs while you are on the sales floor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that WBC customers and clients have the best possible retail experience Fulfill sales goals as directed by the store manager Maintain clean and organized appearance of the retail facility, particularly the paint and sundries department and paint mixing equipment Maintain inventory of paint/coatings/sundries and comestibles needed for custom paint mixing Stay up to date on current paint and coating products and trends Plan and pace own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals. Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attend periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures.
